Starting 15 July 2022, in order to book an appointment, you will need to provide a credit card when booking. You will be charged the full amount of the services booked if you No Show. You may change or cancel your appointment for no penalty up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you change or cancel your appointment within 2 hours of your appointment you will be charged a rate of 50% of the booked services.
To give you ample opportunity to avoid these fees, you will receive a courtesy email 24 hours prior to your appointment and a text message 4 hours prior to your appointment. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in our system when booking your appointment.
While we have set up these reminders to aid you in remembering your scheduled appointments, they are not perfect and may fail from time to time. Ultimately it is your responsibility to keep up with your scheduled appointment.
